We offer technical support during the evening and weekends. To contact our after-hours support please call either number above and select the appropriate option from the menu.
Our billing period runs from the 1st of the month to the end of the month and are due by the 25th of the month issued. Payments are considered late at 12:01am on the 26th of the month and are subject to late fees. Accounts that are not current by the Tuesday closest to the 15th of the following month are subject to disconnect for non-payment. Any account that is disconnected for non-payment will need to have all outstanding charges, past and present, paid prior to services being reactivated. Any account that is disconnected for non-payment will be subject to reactivation fees.
We have several payment options. We accept cash, checks, Visa & Master Card. We offer online bill pay, and auto withdraw options. Anyone wishing to setup online payments please contact our office for account information. Payments can be mailed to the address below or made in person at our office during business hours. Also provided is a drop box for payments after hours at our Wayland location.
